Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru, terutama dalam meryusun program pembelajaran untuk peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan program peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Program Pembelajaran Individual. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan melalui tiga langkah prosedur penelitian. Langkah penelitian yang pertama yakni, menggali kondisi objektif sejauh mana kompetensi guru dalam memahami program pembelajaran individual. Langkah penelitian kedua adalah merumuskan program untuk membantu meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun program pembelajaran individual. Dan langkah ketiga adalah keterlaksanaan program tersebut kepada guru. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa setelah terjadinya diskusi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan terhadap guru, guru mampu menyusun program pembelajaran individual secara mandiri dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. hal yang mampu direkomendasikan dari penelitian ini adalah program ini mampu di implementasikan terhadap guru-gur yang masih mempunyai kesulitan dalam menyusun PPI, bagi guru-guru yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini agar terus mempelajari PPI berdasarkan program yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru, PPI, A professional teacher must have competence, one of which is the competence in preparing the learning program, but it is not owned by the teacher who became the subject of research. For special education teachers, one of the competencies that must be owned is the preparation of Individual Learning Program which becomes the reference in implementing the learning For students with special needs so that the results are in accordance with the expected standards. But in reality Learning Program itself has not been implemented, this is because the teacher does not have the right demands and programs for implementation, the development of the program should be based on the ability and needs of teachers. The purpose of this research is to develop the program of teacher competency improvement in preparing Individual Learning Program. This research was conducted qualitatively descriptive by going through three steps of research procedure. The first step of research is to explore the objective conditions to what extent the competence of teachers in understanding the individual learning program. The second step of the research is to formulate a program to help improve the competence of teachers in preparing individual learning programs. And the third step is the implementation of the program to the teacher. The results obtained from this study is that after the discussion and training conducted on teachers, teachers are able to develop individual learning programs independently and in accordance with the needs of learners.
