Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepribadian big five dan dukungan sosial petugas LPKA Kls II Bandung terhadap subjective well-being Anak LPKA Kls II Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier ganda. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 160 Anak di LPKA Kls II Bandung. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat ukur Big Five Inventory, Instrumen Dukungan Sosial Petugas LPKA serta SWLS (Satisfaction With Life Scale) dan SPANE (Scale of Positive and Negative Affect). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Dukungan sosial dari petugas dapat mempengaruhi subjective well-being Anak. 2) Tipe kepribadian conscietiousness memiliki pengaruh terhadap subjective well-being Anak. 3) Tipe kepribadian openness, agreeableness, extraversion dan neuroticism tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap subjective well-being Anak. Kata Kunci: tipe kepribadian big five, dukungan sosial, subjective well-being, petugas LPKA, Anak, LPKA Kls II Bandung, This study is aimed to know the influence of "big five" type of personality and the social support from LPKA Kls II Bandung’s staff towards the subjective well-being of Anak LPKA Kls II Bandung. This study uses descriptive quantitative methodology with linear regression method as the method employed in this study. The subject of this study is 160 children from LPKA Kls II Bandung. The instrument for this study are Big Five Inventory, Social Staff Support Instrument of LPKA staff, SWLS (Satisfaction With Life Scale) and SPANE (Scale of Positive and Negative Affect). The result of this study shows that: 1) Social support from the staff can influence the child's subjective well-being. 2) Conscietiousness type of personality has an influece towards the child's subjective well-being. 3) Openness, agreeableness, extraversion, and neuroticism type of personality has no influence towards the child's subjective well-being.
