Abstract

Tingginya aktivitas di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta telah meningkatkan kebutuhan permintaan akan layanan bandara dan kebutuhan akan proses pelayanan pesawat terbang, penumpang dan bagasi yang lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta berinovasi dengan meluncurkan mobile application Indonesia Airport untuk meningkatkan User Satisfaction. Adanya airport mobile app membantu penumpang mengatur waktu mereka di bandara dengan cara yang efisien karena aplikasi memberikan real-time information. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui mobile application yang terdiri dari image perception, information, cross selling dan WOM (Word of Mouth). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verivikatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dan pendekatan cross sectional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh temuan pelaksanaan mobile application dan pengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 23 for windows. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 responden yaitu pengguna mobile app Indonesia Airport dengan teknik penarikan yang digunakan yaitu systematic random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mobile application mempunyai pengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta. Kata Kunci : mobile application, User Satisfaction, airport ABSTRACT The high activity at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has increased the demand for airport services and the need for more efficient aircraft, passenger and baggage services. Therefore, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is innovating by launching mobile application Indonesia Airport to improve User Satisfaction. The existence of the airport mobile app helps passengers manage their time at the airport in an efficient way because the application provides real-time information. These efforts can be done through mobile applications consisting of image perception, information, cross selling and WOM (Word of Mouth). The type of research used is descriptive and verivicative with the method used is explanatory survey and cross sectional approach. The purpose of this study is to obtain the findings of mobile application implementation and its influence on User Satisfaction. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS 23 for windows. The number of samples in this study are 100 respondents Indonesia Airport mobile app users with withdrawal technique used is systematic random sampling. The results showed that mobile application has an influence on User Satisfaction at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta. Keywords: mobile application, User Satisfaction, airport
