Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Interpersonal Melalui Pembelajaran Tari KreatifSiswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar di Cendekia Leadership School Bandung.” Latar belakangpermasalahan penelitian inikurangnya kecerdasan interpersonal siswa. Di lihat carasiswa berinteraksi, komunikasi, toleransi antar teman sebaya kurang terjalin dengan baik, disebabkan dari sikap siswa yang individual serta latar belakang suku dan budaya masing-masing siswa yang berbeda menunjukan komunikasi yang kurang harmonis pada saat di sekolah.Penelitian ini difokuskan mengetahui perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana pembelajaran seni tari sebelum pelaksanaan penelitian? bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran tari kreatif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal, dan bagaimana hasil pembelajaran tari kreatif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal? Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas II SD melalui pembelajaran tari kreatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan paradigma penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan interdisiplin. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode pre eksperimen, one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes secarapretest dan posttest. Kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai tolak ukur untuk penilaian diharapkan siswamampu meningkatkan rasa kerja sama, empati, tanggung jawab dan kepemimpinanmelalui pembelajaran tari kreatif.Pada hasil pretest diperoleh predikat Cukup dengan persentase 75%, sedangkan dari hasil posttest mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikanterdapat pengaruh peningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal melalui pembelajaran tari kreatif dengan metode Cooperative Learningpada siswa kelas II SD di Cendekia Leadership School Bandung.di lihat dari berbagai aspek kepemimpinan, bekerjasama, sosialisasi, dan empati dengan persentase 50% memperoleh predikat Baik. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Interpersonal, Pembelajaran Tari Kreatif, Cendekia Leadership School Bandung This research is entitled “Improving Interpersonal Intelligence through Creative Dance Learning for Second Grade Students in Cendekia Leadership School Bandung”. The background of this study is the students’ interpersonal intelligence that is low. It is indicated that the students’ interaction, communication, tolerance, and teamwork among their friends of the same age are not good since each student’s characteristic that is individualistic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds that are different signify less harmonious communication in the school. This study is focused on investigating the development of students’ interpersonal intelligence. Meanwhile, the research questions are how is the learning dance before this study is implemented? How is the implementation of creative dance learning in improving interpersonal intelligence? The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of interpersonal intelligence of second grade students through creative dance learning. The research method employs the paradigm of quantitative research with interdisciplinary approach. In addition, the research design uses pre experimental method, one group pretest-posttest. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview, documentation, pretest, and posttest. Interpersonal intelligence as the benchmark of assessment is expected to improve teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and leadership through creative learning dance. The result of pretest shows that the students’ interpersonal intelligence is classified as “average” predicate with the percentage of 75%, while the result of posttest demonstrates that it has significant improvement through creative learning dance with cooperative method in second grade students of Cendekia Leadership School Bandung represented in the aspects of leadership, teamwork, socialization, and empathy with the percentage of 50% that is categorized as “good” predicate.
