Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang evaluasi implementasi Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di SMK Kota Prabumuluh yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan metode desktiptif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi model kesenjangan (Discrepancy Evaluation Model). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pihak yang terlibat dengan implementasi PKL di SMK Kota Prabumulih. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan PKL di SMK Kota Prabumulih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis Direktorat PSMK Tahun 2015, dilihat dari pemetaan industri, program PKL, waktu pelaksanaan PKL, pembekalan PKL dan penetapan pembimbing. Pelaksanaan PKL di SMK Kota Prabumulih sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis Direktorat PSMK Tahun 2015, dilihat dari penyusunan jurnal PKL dan penyusunan laporan PKL. Penilaian PKL di SMK Kota Prabumulih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis Direktorat PSMK Tahun 2015, dilihat dari penilain peserta didik dan penilaian penyelenggaraan program PKL. ABSTRAK The pupose of the study was to describe the evaluation on implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) in Prabumulih City’s Vocational High School that was comprise with planning, realization and assessment. The study used Descrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The participant of the study were all the people who did implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) in Prabumulih City’s Vocational High School. The data collected by using interview and documentation studied. The conclution of this study show that the planning of PKL has not appropriate as the technical guide from Direktorat PSMK 2015 based on industry’s maping, PKL programme, PKL schedule, PKL Purchasing, and guidance counselor decision. The realization of PKL has appropriate as the technical guide from Direktorat PSMK 2015 based on journal composing and PKL report. The assessment of PKL has not appropriate as the technical guide from Direktorat PSMK 2015 based on student assessment and PKL programme assessment.
