Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar serta implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi olehmenurunnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai Ujian Nasional SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung wilayah Barat tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanrandom sampling dan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Responden dalam penelitian iniadalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung Wilayah Barat sebanyak 233 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara umum iklim sekolah menurut persepsi peserta didik kondusif, sementara motivasi belajar tinggi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik rendah; (2) iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik; (3) iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik; (4) dan motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung wilayah Barat pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi, Kata Kunci: Iklim Sekolah, Motivasi Belajar,Hasil Belajar, This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of school climate on learning motivation and its implications on student learning outcomes. This research background by the declining student learning outcomes on economic subjects seen from the value of the National Examination of State Senior High School in West Bandung City in 2016. The method that used was explanatory.The sampling technique used random sampling and proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques were collected through interview, questionnaire, and observation. The samples that used were students of class XI IPS SMA State in Bandung West Region as many as 233 students. Data analysis technique used by path analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) in general the school climate according to the students 'perception conducive, while the learning motivation werehigh, and the students' learning outcomes are low; (2) school climate had a positive effect on students' learning motivation; (3) the school climate had a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (4) and learning motivation does not affect student learning outcomes of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in West Bandung City on Economic subjects, Keywords:School Climate, Motivation, Learning Outcomes,
