Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk mereduksi Perilaku Ketunalarasan Siswa Kelas IX di SMPLB Tunalaras Bhinaputera Surakarta. Permasalahan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa tentunya banyak dialami oleh berbagai jenjang pedidikan, termasuk pada jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMPLB), sekolah ini mengalami permasalahan tersebut dikarenakan berbagai faktor seperti keberagaman latar belakang, sepertikeberagaman agama, keberagaman kondisi ekonomi juga pola asuh dan keberagaman karakter siswa. Fokus penelitian ini diarahkan pada pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk mereduksi perilaku ketunalarasan siswa kelas IX, meliputi aspek penyimpangan perilaku siswa, perencanaan, pelakasanaan, respon siswa, dan tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti mengungkapkan mengenai latar belakang, bentuk, pemicu dan penanganan penyimpangan perilaku siswa. Bentuk perencanaan pembelajaran, latar belakang, permasalahan, strategi, langkah yang digunakan, bentuk respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran, alat ukur tingkat keberhasilan, keberhasilan pelaksanaan, serta dampak positif pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Karakter, Anak Tunalaras ABSTRACT The name of the research is The Implementation Of Character Education In Education Learning To Reducation To Child Deviation Class IX at SMPLB Tunalaras Bhina Putera Surakarta. The problem of character education implementation for students certainly, experienced by many levels of education, Including at Sekolah Menegah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMPLB), this school is experiencing these problems due to various factors such as the diversity of backgrounds, like religion, and students character. The focus of this research is directed to the implementation of character education in civic education learning to reduce the behavior of unsociable students in class IX, involve the aspects of student behavior deviation, planning, implementation, student response and the level of successful implementation of character education in civic education learning. The method that used in this research is case study with qualitative approach. The results of research that has been done by researcher reveal about background, form, trigger and handling of student behavior deviation.The planning form for implementation of charactereducation that used, background, problems, strategies and steps used for the implementation of character education. The form of student response to learning, also the measuring tools form of character education implementation success rate that used. Keyword :Education, Character, The unsociable children
