Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan kerja sama siswa dalam pembelajaran, siswa tidak terbiasa belajar berkelompok. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah dan latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kerja sama siswa dengan menerapkan model kooperatif tipe STAD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN SKJ yang berjumlah 27 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar observarsi keterampilan kerja sama, dan catatan lapangan. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama siswa. Rata-rata keterampilan kerja sama siswa pada prasiklus I adalah 59,6%, siklus I menjadi 70,3%, dan siklus II menjadi 89,7%. Dengan demikian, penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa kelas V SDN SKJ 1 BDG. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student team achievement division (STAD), keterampilan kerja sama ABSTRACT Reasearch was motivated by the low skill of cooperation in learning, the students are not use cooperation in learning. It is causes the method of lecturers and training that teachers always use. The aims of this research is to describe of improvement cooperation with applying the cooperative type STAD model. The research use a classroom action research as method by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subject of this research is a student’s grade V SDN SKJ with total 27 students. Data collected by instrument observations of student and teachers activities, instrument observations of skill cooperation,and field notes. The research use qualitative data analysis by Miles and Huberman. Data collected which is consist data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing and verificaion. Quantitative data use statistical depcriptive analysis. The reult of the research showd there is improvement skill of cooperation student learning in prasiklus is 59,6%, a cycle I become 70,3%, and the cycle II become 89,7%. As the result, the application of model cooperative STAD, dan improve the skill student of cooperation learning in grade V student of SDN SKJ 1 BDG.
