Abstract
Merujuk pada lulusan SMK/MAK yang harus mampu menguasai program kompetensi keahlian dan kewirausahaan baik untuk memenuhi tuntutan dunia kerja maupun untuk mengikuti pendidikan tinggi maka SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lembang memfasilitasi peserta didik dengan adanya kegiatan swakarya. Swakarya merupakan suatu pembelajaran untuk pengembangan keterampilan, sikap, dan kompetensi terutama di bidang usaha pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dan kepuasan pelanggan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan swakarya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Focused Quality Management (FQM) dengan jumlah responden 40 orang peserta didik kelas XI TPHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja pelaksanaan kegiatan swakarya termasuk kedalam kategori cukup dan peserta didik belum puas dengan pelayanan dari pihak sekolah terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan swakarya. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelaksanaan dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam kegiatan swakarya pihak sekolah harus mampu memperbaiki kinerja pelaksanaan kegiatan swakarya sesuai dengan prioritas perbaikan yang telah ditemukan. ----------- Referring to the Graduate Competencies SMK/MAK graduates should be able to master the skills and entrepreneurial competence programme either to meet the demands in the workplace or to continue their studies in higher level of education the SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lembang facilitate the learners ' activities with the swakarya Swakarya activities in SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lembang is an instructional activities to develop skills, competencies, and attitudes particularly in relationship with the field of agricultural businesses. The purpose of this research was to know the performance of and customer satisfaction from the implementation of swakarya activities. The method used in this research was Focused Quality Management (FQM) with 40 students, class XI TPHP, as the respondents. Based on the result, in can be concluded that the performance of swakarya activity implementation is considered low-middle in category. In other word, the students coming as respondents in this study have not been satisfied with school service regarding the implementation of swakarya activities. Efforts that can be made to improve implementation performance and customer satisfaction in the Swakarya activities the school should be able to improve the performance of the implementation of self-development activities in accordance with the priorities of improvements that have been found.
