Abstract

Masalah perilaku kewargaan organisasi masih menjadi issue utama yang diteliti dalam bidang perilaku organisasi karena perilaku kewargaan organisasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk efektivitas organisasi. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran kepuasan kerja, (2) gambaran komitmen organisasi, (3) gambaran perilaku kewargaan organisasi, (4) pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, (5) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dan (6) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 23 for windows. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan dalam kategori tinggi, perilaku kewargaan organisasi karyawan dalam kategori baik, serta kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Artinya, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor penentu perilaku kewargaan organisasi karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Perilaku Kewargaaan Organisasi Organizational citizenship behavior issues is still a main issue subjects in the field of the organization behavior because organizational citizenship behavior is important for organization effectiveness. This study aims to obtain (1) description of job satisfaction, (2) description of organizational commitment, (3) description of organizational citizenship behavior, (4) influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, (5) influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior, and (6) the influence of organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. The method used is explanatory survey. The sample technique used is probability sampling with sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis with computer software tool Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 23 for windows. The findings in this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in high category, employee organizational citizenship behavior in good category, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior. That is, job satisfaction and organizational commitment becomes one of determinants factors of employee organizational citizenship behavior.
