Abstract

Penelitian terhadap studi kelayakan bisnis pada Café Jifast Durian Bandung dilihat dari beberapa aspek yang yakni aspek pasar, aspek pemasaran, aspek teknis/operasi, aspek manajemen, aspek keuangan dan aspek hukum. Suatu bisnis akan berjalan dengan lancar jika terorganisir dengan baik, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa jauh bisnis ini dijalankan apakah sudah maksimal ataukah memerlukan perubahan demi mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Jifast Durian Bandung adalah suatu café yang menjual aneka olahan buah durian dan beberapa olahan lainnya berdiri sejak 16 Mei 2015 ini pada tahun kedua mengalami peningkatan yang cukup baik, namun tidak seiring dengan aspek – aspek lainnya yang kurang berjalan mulus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi yaitu metode yang menggabungkan kedua metode yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif agar mendapatkan hasil yang di dapat lebih lengkap. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesiner mengenai bauran pemasaran kepada75 konsumen. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, pada aspek pasar pada segi segmentasi, target dan posisi pasar yang sudah tepat, kedua pada aspek pemasaran diketahui produk memiliki skor tertinggi di bandingkan people, ketiga yaitu aspek teknis didapatkan area kitchen pada café yang kurang luas penyebab sulitnya ruang gerak, keempat yakni aspek manajemen terdapat double job pada setiap section yang ada, kelima pada aspek keuangan menggunakan indikator penilaian investasi diperoleh bahwa pada tahun kedua tepatnya saat satu tahun dua bulan berjalannya café, dan yang terakhir adalah aspek hukum terdapat perizinan yang cukup memadai sebagai usaha di bidang kuliner. ;---Research on feasibility study at Jifast Durian Cafe Bandung from several aspect which are market aspect, marketing aspect, technical aspect/operation, management aspect, financial aspect and legal aspect. A business will going on smoothly if organized well, therefore purpose of this research is to find out how far the business is runs maximal or need changes in order to reach the goals. Jifast Durian Bandung is a café that sells about durian fruit processed and some other foods and beverages, since 16 May 2015 is in the second year has increased quite well, but not along with other aspects that are’nt a good condition. This study uses a combination of research methods that are methods combine the two methods of quantitative and qualitative to get completely results. Using data collection techniques that is observation, interview and distributed the questionnaires about the marketing mix to 75 consumers. After doing research, on the market aspect in terms of segmentation, target and market position is right, second on the marketing aspect is known the product has the highest score between people, the third is the technical aspect obtained the kitchen area in the café to small less because of it the difficult when people movement, the fourth is the management aspect there are double job in each section, the fifth on the financial aspect using the investment valuation indicator obtained that in the second year exactly when one years two months Jifast café getting the capital back, and the last is the legal aspects there licensing is quite adequate as a culinary bussiness.
