Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak tercapainya target IPK rata-rata mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Angkatan 2014 sesuai dengan RENSTRA UPI, yaitu masih dibawah 70% mahasiswa yang mencapai IPK diatas 3,30. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 608 orang dan sampel sebanyak 241 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) Self-efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi; (ii) Hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan; (iii) Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI Angkatan 2014. ;--- This research is based on not achieving the target of a GPA value on students of Faculty of Business and Economics Education Indonesia University of Education 2014 Class according to RENSTRA UPI, which is still under 70 % of students who reached GPA is 3.30. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes. The research method used is an explanatory survey by using a questionnaire as data collecting tool. The population for this study, as many as 608 people and the sample of 241 people using proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results show: (i) Self-efficacy is in the high category; (ii) Students learning outcomes are in very satisfactory category; (iii) Self-efficacy has a positive influence on students learning outcomes of Faculty of Business and Economics Education Indonesia University of Education 2014 Class.
