Abstract
Kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan formal (khususnya pendidikan tinggi) yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan perguruan tinggi menjadi sektor strategis yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu. Pengguna lulusan perguruan tinggi mengharapkan tenaga kerjanya memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Kenyataannya di lapangan terdapat kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan perguruan tinggi dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja dimana kompetensi lulusan di dalamnya menyangkut kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi, angket skala Likert, jumlah sampel 62 orang lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Agroindustri. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah model regresi. Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi pedagogik mayoritas berada pada derajat mutu baik. Kompetensi profesional mayoritas berada pada derajat mutu baik. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan di sekolah dan industri berada kategori puas. Kompetensi pedagogik pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan di sekolah dan industri. Kompetensi profesional pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan di sekolah dan industri. Kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional secara bersamaan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan di sekolah dan industri. ;--- The public need for formal education (especially higher education) increasing cause of higher education becomes a strategic sector that is expected to produce qualified human resources. Users of college graduates expect their workforce to have pedagogic competence and professional competence that fit their needs. The reality on the ground there is a gap between the competence of college graduates with the needs of the world of work where it concerns the competence of graduates in pedagogical competence and professional competence. Accordingly, the subject matter disclosed in this research is how the influence of pedagogical competence and professional competence on the level of user satisfaction graduates. The method used is descriptive method, data collection techniques documentation study, Likert scale questionnaire, the number of samples of 62 people graduated Agroindustri Education Program. Data-processing technique used is the regression model. This technique is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed pedagogical majority are at a good quality level. Professional competence majority are at a good quality level. User satisfaction level graduates in the school and the industry are satisfied category. Pedagogical competence positive impact and significant on user satisfaction level graduates in schools and industry. Professional competence positive impact and significant on user satisfaction level graduates in schools and industry. Pedagogical competence and professional competence simultaneously positive impact and significant on user satisfaction level graduates in schools and industry.
