Abstract

Cette étude vise à décrire: (1) De la méthode de l’apprentisage par projet pour l’apprentissage de
l’hȏtellerie et la restauration française; (2) Obtenir les informations sur les accords de la méthode de
l’apprentisage par projet pour l’apprentissage de l’hȏtellerie et la restauration française. Parmi les
nombreuses méthodes susceptibles d’améliorer la motivation des étudiants, Pour définir la pédagogie
ou l’apprentissage par projet,il faut d’abord cerner la notion de projet. Cette méthode, à travers la
collaboration, les recherches personnelles. entre participants et les discussions de classe, a un impact
positif sur l’apprentissage. Elle permet de mieux articuler les apprentissages aux compétences
attendues, favorise l’implication de l’étudiant et développe son sentiment d’efficacité personnelle. Les
étapes de l’utilisation de la méthode sont : (a), les étudiants en tant que décideurs, et créer un cadre, (b)
un problème dont la solution n'est pas prédéterminée, (c) les étudiants en tant que concepteur du
processus pour obtenir des résultats, (d) l'étudiant est responsable de l'obtention et la gestion de
l'information recueillie, (e ) effectue une évaluation continue, (f) les élèves regardent régulièrement de
retour à ce qu'ils font, (g) le résultat final du produit et sa qualité évaluée, et (h) la classe a une
atmosphère d'erreurs de tolérance et des changements. Et puis, les accords de la méthode de
l’aprentissage par projet avec l’apprentissage de l’hȏtellerie et la restauration française sont : (1)
la méthode de l’aprentissage par projet peut devenir la bonne manière pour améliorer la
compétence des apprenants dans l’apprentissage de l’hȏtellerie et la restauration française ; (2)
cette méthode fait les apprenants peut pratiquer dans le monde de l'hôtellerie et le
restauration; (3) l’enseignant obtient la méthode de l’alternative pour enseigner l’apprentissage
de l’hȏtellerie et la restauration française; (4) Après les apprenants a donné ce méthode, ils
deviennent avoir plus la responsabilité dans faire le projet.----------The purpose of this research are to describe: (1) Learning project method by studying with
French for hotels and restaurants; (2) Get information about the relationship of project based
learning method by studying French for hotels and restaurant. Among many methods to improve
student motivation, to make a learning or a learning project, we should define the project concept
first. This method, through collaboration, personal research, and class discussions, has a positive
impact on learning. It’s possible to articulate well the expected learning skills, promote student
involvement, and develop his/her self-efficacy. The steps of using this method are: (a) the
college student as decision maker and making the framework, (b) there are problems that the
solution isn’t predetermined, (c) the college student as the process designer to achieve the
outcome, (d) the college student is responsible for obtaining and managing the information
collected, (e) continuously evaluating, (f) the college student regularly review what they are
doing, (g) the final product and its quality evaluated, and (h) the class has an atmosphere that
tolerates errors and change. And continuity of based project learning method with French hotel
and restaurant learning: (1) project based learning method is the right way to improve the
competence of learners in hotels and restaurants learning with French; (2) This method allows
learners to practice in hotel and restaurants; (3) the teacher gets an alternative method to teach
and learn hotels restaurant with French; (4) After students provide this method, they can have
more responsibility in doing the project.
