Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kinerja Widyaiswara terhadap Kepuasan
Para Peserta Diklat di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi
Jawa Barat”. Masalah yang penulis kemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
mengenai kinerja widyiswara pada saat pelaksanaan diklat dan berhubungan
dengan peserta diklat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber
Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat dan sumbernya adalah peserta diklat dan juga
widyaiswara. Peneliti mendapatkan data terkait kinerja widyaiswara dari tim
evaluasi yang menjelaskan bahwa beberapa indikator kinerja widyaiswara tidak
mencapai target atau kurang tercapai yang dinilai juga oleh peserta diklat. Oleh
karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data
dengan menggunakan angket, yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
peserta diklat yang mengikuti diklat pada periode Februari-Juni 2017 yaitu diklat
PIM IV angkatan I dan II dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden yang
diambil dari seluruh populasi. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 22.0 for Windows.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Weight Means Score
(WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Kinerja Widyaiswara) berada pada kategori
sangat baik dengan total rata-rata 4,19 sedangkan gambaran umum variabel Y
(Kepuasan Peserta Diklat) berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rotal rata-rata
4,19. Korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal
ini dapat dilihat dari hasil korelasi determinasi sebesar 0,442 yang ada pada
kategori cukup kuat dan signifikan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,6%
serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Y= 27,378+0,442X yang bersifat signifikan dan
linier. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa kinerja widyaiswara signifikan dan
berkategori cukup kuat terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat di Badan Pengembangan
Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu
lembaga diklat khususnya BPSDM diharapkan lebih mengoptimalkan kinerja
widyaiswara dalam penyelenggaraan diklat agar kebutuhan peserta diklat
terpenuhi dan mencapai kepuasan.----------The subject of this research is about “ Effect the Performance of
Instructor with respect to Customer Satisfaction in Education and Training
Center at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat.
The problems that discussed in this research is about the performance of
instructor while operating education training and topertain to participant of
education training. This research did in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya
Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat and the resource is participants ofeducational
training and instructor. Researcher get the information about the performance of
instructor by the evaluator team who explain that the some indicators
performance of instructor not achieve the goal which appraised by the
participants of education training. Because of it researcher interested for
analyzed it. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach.
Information collected used the questionnaire technique, which became the
population in this study is the training participants who follow the training in the
period February-June 2017 that is training PIM IV force I and II with a sample of
60 respondents taken from all population. The analyzed of this research
calculation used Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 22.0 for windows
program. Based on this calculation with the Weight Means Score (WMS) formula
that the performance of instructor in Education and Training Center forBPSDM
Prov. Jabar to have marvelously category with 4,19 score. while the customer
satisfaction to have marvelously category with 4,19 score. About correlation of
variabel X and variabel Y have a significant correlation. In here can be seen from
output of coefficient correlation with 0,442 score and have a strong enough. and
significant category, with score of coefficient determination 20,6% and ouput of
the regression analyzed is Y= 27,378+0,442X that is to have a characteristic
significant and linier. The conclusion of this research that the performance of
instructor significant and categorized strong enough to the satisfaction of training
in Education and Training Center for Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya
Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. The suggestion of this research is education
institution especially BPSDM expected more to optimize the performance of
widyaiswara in training implementation so that the requirement of training
participant fulfilled and reach satisfaction.
