Abstract

Hubungan Kohesivitas Kelompok dengan
Psychological Well-Being Pada Anggota UKM Sepakbola Universitas Pendidikan
Indonesia. Skripsi Departemen Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas
Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung (2017).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok
dengan psychological well-being pada anggota UKM sepakbola Universitas
Pendidikan Indonesia. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota aktif UKM
sepakbola Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berjumlah 95 orang. Instrumen
yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengukur kohesivitas kelompok adalah Group
Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) dan untuk mengukur psychological well-being
adalah Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales (PWB). Hasil uji korelasi dengan
menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan psychological well-being pada
anggota UKM sepakbola UPI. Besarnya kontribusi variabel kohesivitas kelompok
terhadap variabel psychological well-being sebesar 0.186.----------Relationship Group Cohesiveness with

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between group
cohesiveness with psychological well-being member of football organitation UPI.
Participants in this research is an active member of football organitation UPI amount
95 participants. The research used Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) to
measure group cohesiveness and Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales (PWB) to
measure psychological well-being. Based on the correlation test using Pearson
Product Moment, it was found that there is a relationship between group cohesiveness
with psychological well-being. The value of contribution variable group cohesiveness
to variable psychological well-being is 0.186.
