Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalahmasih rendahnya komitmen organisasi guru yang ditandai dengan angka komitmen organisasi guru yang masih berada di bawah standar yang ditetapkan. Permasalahan ini akan menjadi penghambat bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi apabila tidak segera ditanggulangi. Budaya organisasi merupakan opsi yang dirasa paling tepat untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di SMK Veteran Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebar kepada 50 orang responden yang merupakan guru di SMK Veteran Kota Cirebon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi yang digambarkan oleh indikator inisiatif individual, toleransi terhadap tindakan beresiko, pengarahan, integrasi, dukungan manajemen, kontrol, identitas, sistem imbalan, toleransi terhadap konflik dan pola komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel komitmen organisasi guru yang digambarkan oleh indikator komitmen afektif, komitmen kelanjutan dan komitmen normatif, dengan demikian hipotesis menyatakan “Terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi guru,” diterima. ;---The problems to be studied in this research is the low commitment of teachers' organizations marked with a number of organizational commitment that teachers still below the standards set. This problem will become an obstacle to the achievement of organizational goals if not immediately addressed. An organizational culture is an option that feels most appropriate to be able to overcome these problems. This study aims to find out is there any influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment of teachers in vocational Veteran Cirebon. The method used is explanatory survey method, with the techniques of data collection questionnaires. The instrument used was a questionnaire that was distributed to the 50 respondents who are teachers at SMK Veteran Cirebon. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture described by indicators of individual initiative, tolerance to high-risk behavior, direction, integration, management support, control, identity, reward systems, tolerance of conflict and communication patterns positive effect on the variable organizational commitment of teachers is illustrated by the indicator affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, so the hypothesis stating "There is a positive influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment of teachers," acceptable..
