Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Sarana Pendidikan Dengan Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur Di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung”. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pencapaian kinerja pegawai tidak terlepas dari dukungan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sehingga keberadaanya menjadi penting disetiap tingkatan kelembagaanya. Masalah-masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini mencakup: a) bagaimana kondisi sarana pendidikan di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung, b) Bagaimana Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur Di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung, c) Bagaimana Hubungan Sarana Pendidikan Dengan Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur Di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantutatif yang ditunjang dengan studi kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket tertutup. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 orang instruktur yang ada di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui uji kecenderungan rata-rata nilai dengan menggunakan Weight Mean Score (WMS), variabel Sarana Pendidikan di SENDIK BRI Bandung diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.85, nilai tersebut menunjukkan sarana pendidikan dalam kategori baik. Variabel Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur di SENDIK BRI Bandung diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4.01, nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur dalam kategori sangat baik. analisi data dilakukan dengan tekhnik statistika non parametrik, dikarenakan distribusi data kedua variabel tidak normal dan menggunakan total sampling dimana sampelnya merupakan sampel kecil <30 maka menggunakan rumus Spearman Rank. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji signifikansi. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan, sarana pendidikan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja mengajar instruktur dengan koefeisn korelasi sebesar 0.67. Kemudian dari hasil uji signifikansi nilai r_(s ) sebesar 0.67 dan nilai Rho tabel untuk n= 13 taraf kesalahan 5% = 0.567 sebesar 0.567 artinya t_(hitung )> t_(tabel ) yang berarti signifikan. Dengan demikian terbukti hipotesis yang dikemukakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya bahwa terdapa hubungan yang signifikan antara Sarana Pendidikan dengan Kinerja Mengajar Instruktur Di Sentra Pendidikan BRI Bandung. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi para instruktur dari sisi kinerja mengajar diharapkan dapat selalu meningkatkan kualitas dalam menjalankan tugas, pokok dan fungsinya untuk mendidik, mengajar dan melatih peserta diklat. The study is titled " Relationships With Performance Means Education Teaching Instructor at Education Centers BRI Bandung " . The background of this research is that the achievement of the performance of employees can not be separated from the support of the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure so that every level of existence becomes important kelembagaanya . The issues discussed in this study include : a) how the condition of educational facilities in the Center for Education BRI Bandung , b ) How to Teach Performance Instructor at Education Centers BRI Bandung , c ) how Means Education Relationships With Performance Teaching Instructor at Education Centers BRI Bandung . The method used in this research is descriptive method kuantutatif approach is supported by the literature study . The data was collected by distributing questionnaires covered . Sources of data in this study is that there are 13 instructors at BRI Education Center Bandung . Based on the test results through the average propensity score using Weight Mean Score ( WMS ) , the variable Education Facility in SENDIK BRI Bandung obtained an average value of 3.85 , the values indicate the means of education in both categories . Variable Performance Teaching Instructor at BRI Bandung SENDIK obtained average value 4.01, the value indicates that the instructors teaching performance in the excellent category . Data analysis is done by non-parametric statistical techniques , data distribution because the two variables are not normal and use the total sampling where the sample is a small sample of < 30 then using the Spearman Rank formula . Then proceed with the test of significance . Based on the results of a calculation , educational facilities have strong relationships with instructors teaching performance by koefeisn correlation of 0.67 . Then the significance of test results r_ value ( s ) of 0.67 and Rho value table for n = 13, standard error of 5% of 0567 = 0567 means t_ ( count ) > t_ ( table ) which means significantly . Thus proved the hypothesis suggested by previous researchers that there exist significant relationship between Means Education with Teaching Performance Center Education Instructor at BRI Bandung . The suggestion of this research is to trainers from the teaching performance is expected to always improve the quality of the running duties , responsibilities and functions to educate , teach and train the participants of the training .
