    Abstract

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan logic model yang di kembangkan oleh Jokebet Saludung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah evaluasi program diklat peksos pendamping PKH menggunakan logic model, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi program diklat peksos pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Subjek penelitian ini ialah penyelenggara, widyaiswara, dan alumni Program Diklat Peksos Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Lokasi penelitian ini ialah di Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Bandung di Jl. Panorama I Lembang Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitaif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitain ini adalah analisis kualitatif model Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut: 1) langkah-langkah evaluasi program diklat Peksos Pendamping PKH meliputi Situation yang menjelaskan kebutuhan program, Input menjelaskan sumber daya yang digunakan program, Activities menjelaskan proses apa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan input untuk mencapai output program, Output menjelaskan apa yang dihasilkan secara langsung dari program, Outcome manfaat langsung, intermediate, dan ultimate bagi peserta selama dan setelah kegiatan program. 2) tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi yang BBPPKS Bandung laksanakan mengenai penyelenggaraan diklat dan pelayanan diklat tidak memberikan pengaruh kepada keberlanjutan program, karena yang berwenang melakukan perubahan dan penyempurnaan program adalah Direktorat Jaminan Sosial.;---This research is evaluative research using logic model which is developed by Jokeber Saludung. The objectives of this research are 1) To describe the evaluation steps of peksos companions PKH training program by logic model, 2) To describe the follow-up evaluation result of peksos companions PKH training program. The subject research is the organizer, widyaiswara, and the alumni of peksos companions PKH training program. The research was conducted in Center Halll of Education and Social Welfare Training (BBPPKS) Bandung in Panorama I street Lembang Bandung. This research using qualitative and descriptive method approaches. The data assortment techniques are interview, documentation studies, and observation. The data validation test used in triangulation technique and triangulation data source. The data analyzed by Milles and Huberman qualitative models. The research result showed: 1) the evaluation steps of peksos companions PKH training program are Situation describes the requirement program, Input is explained the resources programs , Activities described the process that being used by input to reach output program, Output is explicate the direct result of the program, Outcome is direct and intermediate benefits for participant during and after activities program. 2) the follow-up evaluation result of peksos companions PKH training program BBPPKS Bandung related to implementation and service training however it does not give effect to the sustainability of the program.
