Abstract
Air merupakan bagian yang tidak akan pernah terpisahkan dari kebutuhan makhluk hidup, dilain pihak sumber daya air yang semakin terbatas, uleh karena itu penggunaan air harus sesuai dengan perhitungan jumlah kebutuhannya agar sumbe rdaya air dapat lebih diperhemat dan tetap terjaga. Utilitas bangunan merupakan kelengkapan dari suatu bangunan gedung agar bangunan gedung tersebut dapat berfungsi secara optimal.Salah satu bagian daari utilitas bangunan adalah plumbing. Plumbing adalah seni, teknologi perpipaan dan peralatan untuk menyediakan air bersih ketempat yang dikehendaki, baik dalam hal kualitas, kuantitas dan kontinuitas yang memenuhi syarat dan membuang air bekas (kotor) dari tempat-tempat tertentu tanp amencemari bagian penting lainnya untuk mencapai kondisi higienis dan kenyamanan yang diinginkan. StudiPelaksanaanPekerjaan Plumbing inidilakukanpadaProyek Pembangunan CondotelKyriad Village Bandung.Tahapanpelaksanaanpekerjaaniniadalah : (1) menggunakan metode luas lantai efektif untuk menghitung jumlah penghunidankebutuhan air bersihtiapharinya, (2) merencanakan system jaringan dan diameter pipa air bersihdan air kotor, (3) menghitung volume bakpenampungan air bersih.;--- Water is the part that will never be separated from the needs of living beings, on the other hand water resources are increasingly limited, uleh therefore water use must be in accordance with the calculation of the number of needs that water resources can be more diperhemat and maintained. Utility building is the completeness of a building so that the building can function optimally. One part daari building utility is plumbing. Plumbing is an art, technology piping and equipment to provide clean water to the desired place, both in terms of quality, quantity and continuity of qualified and dispose of water used (dirty) from certain places without contaminating other important parts to achieve hygienic conditions and the desired comfort. Plumbing Work Implementation Study was conducted at the Kyriad Village Development Project Condotel Bandung. Stages of implementation of this work are: (1) the area of the floor effectively to calculate the number of occupants and the need for clean water each day, (2) planning a network system and the diameter of the pipe clean water and dirty water, (3) calculate the volume of water containers.
