Abstract
Pengangguran di kalangan pemuda produktif sudah menjadi masalah besar di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pentingnya pelaksanaan program pendidikan kecakapan hidup guna memberikan seseorang bekal pengetahuan, kemampuan fungsional praktis dan perubahan sikap untuk berusaha mandiri. Tujuan penelitian yaitu memperoleh data tentang gambaran kemandirian berwirausaha warga belajar, penerapan strategi 4P dalam program pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan hasil program pendidikan kecakapan hidup terhadap kemandirian berwirausaha warga belajar di PKBM Ash-Shoddiq. Landasan teori penelitian ini yaitu: konsep kemandirian, kewirausahaan, strategi marketing mix (4P), pemuda produktif, pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan pendidikan luar sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat partisipan yaitu satu orang penyelenggara, satu orang narasumber dan dua orang warga belajar. Berdasarkan kajian penelitian diperoleh hasil, yakni: 1) Gambaran kemandirian berwirausaha warga belajar program pendidikan kecakapan hidup belum memenuhi kriteria wirausaha yang mandiri secara keseluruhan, 2) Penerapan strategi 4P masih belum maksimal karena terkendala oleh modal dan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia yang masih terkungkung dengan pola lama. 3) Hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik yaitu: pertama, peningkatan pengetahuan warga belajar terhadap manajemen kewirausahaan, manajemen keuangan, etika bisnis, teknik pengembangan keterampilan kecimpring dengan 4P. Kedua, munculnya motivasi dari warga belajar untuk melanjutkan studi ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Ketiga, dalam bentuk pengembangan produk.;---The unemployment among productive youth has been becoming a major problem in the society. Hence, this research is conducted in order to explore the importance of life skills education to give them knowledge, practice functional skills and change their affective to get work independently. The goals of this research are to obtain the representative data’s about entrepreneurship independence, 4P strategy implementation, and the results of the life skills education program of learners in PKBM Ash-Shodiq. Theoretical background of this research is based on: concept of independence, entrepreneurship, mix marketing strategy (4P), productive youth, life skills education and non-formal education. Case study method with qualitative approach was used and the data’s were collected via interview technique, observation and documentation study. The research objects are consisted of four participants are an organizer, a resource person and two learners. The data’s were analyzed and studied and bring in this following results: 1) The learners are still not fulfil the criteria of how independent entrepreneur should be taken, 2) 4P strategy implementation is not fully maximized because of lack of funding and the quality of human resources who still think out of date, 3) The result of life skills education program towards cognitive, affective and psychomotor enhancement: First, the knowledge of the learners about entrepreneur and finance management, business ethic, and the creative improvement of kecimpring using 4P strategy, are gradually increase. Second, the learners motivation arise to continue their study even higher. Third, is about product improvement.
