Abstract
Perbedaan pendapat tentang kepuasan pelanggan terhadap program pembayaran listrik pascabayar dan prabayar adalah salah satu kasus yang dapat ditangani menggunakan metode Fuzzy Quantification Theory II . Metode ini adalah metode yang mengekspresikan beberapa external standard ke dalam suatu nilai (derajat keanggotaan) yang direpresentasikan dengan nilai dalam rentang [0,1]. Tujuan dari metode ini diekspresikan dengan menggunakan persamaan linear y(ω). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di UPJ Cijawura diperoleh hubungan antara y(ω) dengan masing-masing external standar. z_1 merupakan hasil regresi linear untuk program listrik Pascabayar, yaitu z_1=0.8904*y(ω)+0.5931.Sedangkan z_2 merupakan hasil regresi linear untuk program listrik Prabayar, yaitu: z_2=-2.3531*y(ω)+0.3486.Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata y(ω)=-0.082 dari persamaan regresi linier untuk masing-masing program listrik diperoleh bobot kepuasan pelanggan z_1 sebesar 0.5201, sedangkan bobot kepuasan pelanggan z_2 sebesar 0.1556. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh z_1>z_2 artinya pelanggan UPJ Cijawura lebih puas menggunakan program listrik pascabayar dibandingkan program listrik prabayar. Opinion differences of the customers satisfaction for postpaid and prepaid electricity payments program is one of the cases that can be handled by using the method of Fuzzy Quantification Theory II. This method is a method of expressing some external standard into a value (degree of membership) that is represented by values in the range [0 1]. The purpose of this method is expressed by using the linear equation y(ω). Based on the research results at UPJ Cijawura the relationship between the y(ω) with external standards is obtained, respectively. z_1 is the result of linear regression for Postpaid electricity program, which is z_1=0.8904*y(ω)+0.5931.While z_2 is the result of linear regression for Prepaid electricity program, namely: z_2=-2.3531*y(ω)+0.3486.Based on the average value of y(ω) = -0.082 from the linear regression equation for each electricity program gained the weight of customer satisfaction z_1 is 0.5201, while the weight of customer satisfaction z_2 is 0.1556. From the reasearch results were obtained z_1>z_2 which is means UPJ Cijawura’s customers are more satisfied using postpaid electricity program than prepaid electricity program .
