Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintaks dan hasil belajar siswa dari menerapkan model pembelajaran pelatihan berbasis produksi termodifikasi pada kompetensi dasar pengembangan produk olahan serealia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII-1 jurusan Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan. Hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test), lembar penilaian sikap, lembar penilaian keterampilan, dan lembar observasi proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran pelatihan berbasis produksi termodifikasi terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif mencapai 100% pada siklus III, (2) hasil belajar pada ranah afektif dengan indikator disiplin, kepedulian, responsif dan proaktif mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II dan III sehingga sikap siswa yang terbentuk mampu membekali siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan DUDI, (3) hasil penilaian psikomotor siswa pada siklus II memperoleh kategori “amat baik”, sehingga seluruh siswa dikatakan kompeten karena telah memiliki seluruh aspek psikomotorik dalam kompetensi dasar pengembangan produk olahan serealia.;--- The aims of this research are to know the syntax implementation and students learning outcomes from applying modified production based training learning model on base competence of cereals refined product development. This research used the Classroom Action Research method which has done in three cycles. Every cycle consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research are students of XII-1 class major of Technological Processing Agricultural Product in 1st Vocational High School of Kuningan. The students learning outcomes are measured by using objective test (pre-test and post-test), attitude assessment sheet, performance assessment sheet, and learning process observation sheet. The modified production based training learning model was well done. The result of this research show that the students learning outcomes were increased. They were showed by: (1) achievement of student’s minimum completeness criteria (KKM) on cognitive aspect reached until 100% in third cycle, (2) on affective aspects, the students learning outcomes with the indicators of discipline, care, responsive and proactive increase from first cycle to second and third cycle, so their forming attitude would be able providing them according to industry needs, (3) the student’s psychomotor assessment result in second cycle obtained “very good” category, so all of students can be declared competent because they have been mastered all of psychomotor aspect in base competence of cereals refined product development.
