Abstract
Hasil uji kompetensi merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi ketercapaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh hasil uji kompetensi terhadap sikap kewirausahaan lulusan kursus. LKP Kota Cirebon merupakan salah satu satuan pendidikan nonformal dibawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon yang didalamnya terdapat program kursus. Sikap Kewirausahaan yang dimilki lulusan kursus beragam, sehingga peneliti berasumsi bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh hasil uji kompetensi terhadap sikap kewirausahaan kursus di LKP Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa angket, penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling, pengambilan sampel secara acak yang dilakukan terhadap sampling unit (individu), dimana sampling unitnya terdiri dari satu kelompok yaitu 94 orang. Hasil uji kompetensi merupakan alat ukur dalam hasil belajar dan sikap tumbuh karena adanya keterlibatan langsung dari peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan secara parsial hasil uji kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan lulusan kursus. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya pengujian praktik pada pelaksanaannya. Namun, hasil uji kompetensi tidak secara rinci dalam memberikan penilaian pada kompetensi yang diujikan. Nilai teori dan praktik dijadikan skor gabungan. Setiap terjadi peningkatan sikap kewirausahaan akan berpengaruh tehadap hasil belajar. Kata kunci: Hasil Uji Kompetensi, Sikap Kewirausahaan. The results of a competency test are one aspect that affects the achievement of earning outcomes. This study discusses ehe effect of the result of competency tests against graduate courses entrepreneurial attitude. LKP Cirebon is one unit of non-formal education under the auspices of the of the Department of education in Cirebon city in which there is course program. Enterpreneurship attitude that owns a graduate course varies, so researchers assume that there is the influence of test result of the competence of the entrepreneurial attitudes LKP courses in Cirebon. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The collection tool that is used in the formation of the questionnaires were clester random sampling. Random sampling is carried out by the sampling unit (individual), where the sampling unit consisted of one group of 94 people. The result of the competency test is a measure of the learning outcomes and the growth of attitudes from the direct involvement of students in learning activities. Research finding show that the partial result of the competency test were positive and had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial attitudes in the graduate course. This was cause by the testing practices that were implemented. However, the results are not detailed enough in assessing the competency tested. Value theory and practice used a composite score. Every increase in entrepreneurial attitudes will affect against learning outcomes. Keywords: Competency Test Results, Attitudes Entrepreneurship
