Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap laba yang diterima oleh pengusaha. penelitian ini mengambil kreativitas dan inovasi sebagai subyek dan pengusaha roti Kopo Kota Bandung sebagai objek penelitian. Sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di sentra industri roti Kopo, pengusaha memiliki tingkat laba yang sangat rendah, tingkat kreativitas yang cukup, dan tingkat inovasi yang tinggi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap laba. Berdasarkan temuan ini diharapkan pera pengusaha, khususnya pengusaha roti kopo Kota Bandung memperoleh masukan dalam upaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan yang diperolehnya. ; This purpose of this study is to know the influence of creativity and innovation towards the profit for the entrepreneurs. This research takes creativity and innovation as the subjects and bakeries in Kopo Bandung as the research objects. The sampling that is used in this research is saturated samples with the number of respondents are 32 people. The analytical method used in this research is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire in collecting the data and use multiple linear regression as the data analysis technique. The data is processed and analyzed by SPSS program 20. The results showed that in the industrial bread district of Kopo, entrepreneurs have a very low level income, sufficient level of creativity and a high level of innovation. Statistical test results showed that creativity and innovation have significant positive effect on profit. Based on this finding, it is expected that all the entrepreneurs, especially bakeries in Kopo, Bandung will receive more to increase their profit.
