Abstract

Nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produktif lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata normatif dan adaptif. Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain faktor psikologis dan faktor lingkungan sosial siswa. Faktor psikologis berupa persepsi siswa dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh persepsi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan tentang dunia kerja terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran produktif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain studi korelasi dengan menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMKN Bantarkalong tahun ajaran 2014/ 2015 berjumlah 126 orang. Hasil analisis data didapat koefisien determinasi 44,89 %, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh tinggi antara persepsi siswa tentang dunia kerja terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi didapat rxy = 0,67, yang berarti berada pada daerah kuat. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian p-value = -0,44 < 0,05; maka H0 ditolak dan HA diterima. Hipotesis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa SMK tentang dunia kerja terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran produktif. Berdasarkan pembahasan data hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa persepsi siswa tentang dunia kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif. Persepsi yang baik dan positif dari siswa tentang dunia kerja akan memberikan pengaruh positif pada hasil belajarnya.;---The average value of productive subjects is lower than the average value of normative and adaptive. Learning outcomes of student is influenced by several factors such as the psychological and social environmental factors. Psychological factors such as perceptions of students can affect student learning outcomes. Purpose of research is to get description of the influence of perception vocational students about the working world on learning outcomes in productive subjects. The reseach design is a correlation study using a survey method. Reseach subject is class XI student of Light Vehicle Engineering SMKN Bantarkalong academic year 2014/2015 amounted to 126 people. Results of data analysis obtained coefficient of determination 44.89%, which means there is high leverage among the perceptions of students about the working world on learning outcomes productive subjects. The calculation result obtained correlation coefficient rxy = 0,67, which means that on strong areas. Based on testing criteria p-value = -0,44 < 0,05; then H0 and HA accepted. This research hypothesis states that there is influence perception of vocational students about working world on learning outcomes in productive subjects. Based on study of research data suggests that students perceptions about the working world have a positive influence on learning outcomes of productive subjects. Good and positive perceptions of students about working world will have a positive influence on learning outcomes.
