Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Perkembangan Moral Siswa Tunanetra Kelas X SMALB di SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian guru pendidikan khusus dan siswa tunanetra. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian, Perkembangan Moral Siswa Tunanetra Kelas X SMALB di SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung berkembang dengan cukup baik. Terdapat lima orang siswa di kelas X SMALB. Kelima siswa tersebut terbagi menjadi dua bagian, bagian yang pertama siswa AT, DI, DS, IS yang selalu menaati dan mematuhi aturan, perkembangan moralnya berada pada tingkat konvensional yaitu pada tahap Orientasi kerukunan atau orientasi good boy – nice girl dan bagian ke dua siswa R yang selalu melanggar aturan, Siswa R belum berada pada tingkat konvensional, namun berada pada tingkat pra konvensional yaitu pada tahap orientasi relativis instrumental. Hambatan yang dialami siswa dalam perkembangan moral yaitu bagi keempat siswa yang sudah berada pada tahap konvensional tidak terdapat hambatan, berbeda dengan siswa R yang mengalami hambatan karena faktor internal yaitu diakibatkan oleh kurangnya perhatian dari orangtua dan ketidakmampuannya mengikuti aturan-aturan kelompok teman sebayanya sehingga ia menarik diri dari kelompok bermainnya dan melanggar peraturan yang ada untuk menarik perhatian orang lain. Upaya cara guru memfasilitasi perkembangan moral siswa tunanetra kelas X SMALB yaitu dengan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling secara rutin.;--- This research was conducted with the aim to find out about the Moral Development of Blind Students of Class X SMALB in SLBN A Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Subject study special education teachers and students with visual impairment Data collection techniques used is by interview, observation and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Analysis of the data used is the data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the research findings, Moral Development of Blind Students of Class X SMALB in SLBN A Bandung developing quite well. There are five students in the class X SMALB. These five students are divided into two parts, the first student AT, DI, DS, IS always abide by and adhere to the rules, moral development is at conventional levels, namely at the stage of orientation harmony orientation or good boy - nice girl and the second part of the student R always breaking the rules, Student R yet to be at the conventional level, but is at a level that is at the stage of pre conventional instrumental relativist orientation. Barriers experienced by students in moral development, namely for the four students who are already at the stage of conventional there are no obstacles, as opposed to students R experiencing barriers due to internal factors are caused by a lack of attention from parents and the inability to follow the rules group peers so that it draws away from the play group and in violation of existing regulations to attract the attention of others. Efforts how teachers facilitate the development of moral blind students of class X SMALB namely the provision of guidance and counseling services on a regular basis.
