Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung”. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana gambaran Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai Kepala sekolah di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung, Bagaimana kinerja guru di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung, dan Bagaimana Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai Kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Swasta se-kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data gambaran dan mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah Berbasis Nilai terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui angket menggunakan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 268 sekolah, dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan membagi jumlah responded dari 30 sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai) dengan rata-rata sebesar 4,36 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) dengan rata-rata sebesar 4,52 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas distribusi data, diketahui bahwa variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Dilihat dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Correlation Product Moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,364 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang rendah antara variabel X dan variabel Y, serta nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 3,591 yang menunjukan terbukti signifikan karena thitung (3,591) > ttabel (1,706). Besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y ditunjukkan dari hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 12,3%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung, dan sisanya 87,7% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Adapun persamaan regresi Y atas X adalah Y ̂ = 31,752 + 0,364X , artinya setiap perubahan satu unit pada variabel X akan memberikan perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,364 satuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, jawaban dari hipotesis penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Swasta se-Kota Bandung.;---The research is tittled "The effect of Value-based leadership of Principals on performance of private elementary school teacher in Bandung city". Issues raised in this research is how value-based Leadership description headteacher at a private elementary school in Bandung city. How is the performance of teachers in Private elementary school in Bandung, and how the influence of the principal Value Based Leadership against the performance of teachers in Private elementary school in Bandung city. The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the data and to know the extent of the influence of the leadership of the principal Value on performance-based teacher in private elementary school school. This research uses descriptive method quantitative approach. The technique of data collection conducted using likert scale question form through. The population used in this research is a private elementary school principal in Bandung city which amounted to 268 schools, with a sampling of research using Simple Random Sampling techniques by dividing the number of responded from 30 schools. Based on the results of the data processing are calculated using the techniques of Weight Means Score (WMS) indicates that the general trend for the variable X (Value-based Leadership) with an average of 4.36 that belongs in the category very well and the variable Y (performance teacher) with an average of 4.52 that fall within the category of very good. Based on the results of a test of normality distribution data, note thatthe X and Y variables are Gaussian. Calculation of the correlation coefficient is seen from using Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula the correlation coefficient was obtained of 0.364 which indicates that there is a low effect between variables X and Y variables, as well as the values test the significance of 3.591 showed proved significant because t count (3.591) > t table (1,706). The magnitude of the influence of variables X against Y variables are shown from analysis of yield determination coefficient (KD) of 12.3%, This shows that the effect of the Principal Value Based Leadership against the performance of teachers in Private elementary school in Bandung city is 12.3% and the rest are other factors influenced 83.7%. As for the regression equation of Y over X is Y = 31.752 ̂ + 0, 364X, which means that any changes to a unit on the variable X will give change in variable Y of 0.364 unit. Based on the results of this research, the answer from the research hypothesis that is there is a positive and significant influence among the leadership of Principal Value Based on performance of teachers in privat Elementary Shool in Bandung city.
