Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai komitmen karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai motivasi karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (3) Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa dan (4) Bagaimana pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (5) Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa serta (6) Bagaimana pengaruh komitmen dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 orang karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 59 orang karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. R. 35 Cilegon. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. R. 35 Cilegon berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen dan motivasi karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 29,5%, dan sisanya 70,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak di teliti oleh penulis. Secara parsial, komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 15,29%. Motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 10,24%.;--- This research aimed (1) to identify the description of employee’s commitment of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (2) to identify the description of employee’s motivation of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (3) to identify the description of employee’s performance of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (4) to identify the influence of commitment towards employee’s performance of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (5) to identify the influence of motivation towards employee’s performance of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa and (6) to identify the influence of commitment and motivation towards employee’s performance of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa.. This research used descriptive and verification method. The participants of this research are 117 employees, with 59 samples of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. R. 35 Cilegon employees. This research used pearson product moment correlation coefficient and double regression analysis. The findings show that commitment, motivation, and performance of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. R. 35 Cilegon employees are on the high categorization. In addition, it can be identified that commitment and motivation of employees have positive and significant influence towards employee’s performance for 29,5%, and the rest, 70,5% was influenced by other factors that is unidentified by the researcher. Partially, the employee’s commitment have positive and significant influence towards employee’s performance for 15,29%. The employee’s motivation have positive and significant influence towards employee’s performance for 10,24%.
