Abstract

Pemerintah melalui OJK untuk meningkatkan minat menabung pelajar yaitu dengan meningkatkan jumlah rekening tabungan melalui peningkatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan pada kalangan pelajar. OJK memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan produk perbankan, hasil pengembangan produk perbankan OJK berbasis pelajar yaitu produk tabungan SimPel. Diharapkan produk tersebut dapat memperluas akses keuangan kepada kalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi edukasi konsumen yang digunakan OJK terhadap kalangan pelajar, mengetahui pengaruh edukasi konsumen dan faktor determinasi theory of planned behavior control terhadap minat pelajar serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling mempengaruhi minat pelajar menggunakan produk Tabungan SimPel Penelitian ini menguji beberapa variabel yang digunakan dalam mempengaruhi minat pelajar yaitu, edukasi konsumen serta faktor determinasi dari theory of planned behavior yaitu, attitude toward behavior, subject norms, dan perceived behavioral control. Penelitian minat pelajar ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan keseluruhan jumlah populasi digunakan sebagai responden yaitu berumlah 78 orang dari siswa-siswi MA Sirna Miskin Kota Bandung yang telah mendapatkan edukasi produk tabungan SimPel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa edukasi konsumen, attitude toward behavior, subject norms dan perceived behavioral control mempengaruhi minat menggunakan produk tabungan SimPel pada pelajar. Dari ke empat variabel yang berpengaruh dan mendukung terjadinya minat, variabel perceived behavioral control merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap minat pelajar. Hasil perhitungan regresi berganda yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa proporsi varians minat menggunakan produk tabungan SimPel yang diberikan oleh independent variable adalah sebesar 53,7%. ;---Government, through OJK to improve intention to save students that is by increasing the number of a savings account through increased literasi and financial inclusion on the student.OJK, have a responsibility to develop some banking products The result of developing banking products by ojk based on students namely the SimPel savig products. It is expected that the SimPel saving product can expand financial access for the students. This research aims to understand description of education consumers used ojk to students, to find out the effect of the consumer education and determination factors from theory of planed behavior of intantion the students as well as to find out to find out the factors that most influence the student's intention in using the SimPel savings products This study are tested some variables used in affect the intention of using the SimPel savings products namely, consumer education and factors determination of the theory of planned behavior the consisting of, attitude toward behavior, subject norms, and perceived behavioral control. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, with a total population of 78 people and the totaled sample was 78 respondents from the students in MA Sirna Miskin in Bandung City who have obtained education the SimPel saving product. The analysis technique used the correlation coefficient is pearson product moment and multiple regression analysis.The testing of hypotheses use t-test to identify the partial effects. The results showed that consumer education, attitude toward behavior, subject norms and perceived behavioral control are significantly to effect intention of the student to using the SimPel saving product. According four variables that effect and support theoccurrence of intention, the perceived behavioral control variabel climate on high category. The results of multiple regression analysis calculations have been done stating that the proportion of variance intention to using the SimPel saving products that given by the independent variable was 53.7%.
