Abstract
Judul penelitian ini adalah “Harapan Manusia atas Kekuatan Allah Swt dan Gaib pada Rajah dalam Tradisi Terbangan di Kabupaten Bandung”. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masyarakat menganggap penting penuturan rajah dalam upacara kesenian. Penelitian ini mengambil tiga varian teks dari Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deksriptif analisis. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskriptifkan aspek struktur, konteks penuturan, proses penciptaan, fungsi, dan makna. Pengkajian tiga varian teks rajah terbangan di Kabupaten Bandung memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Teks rajah terbangan dibangun oleh struktur tertentu sehingga menghasilkan efek syahdu dan ritmis sebagai upaya permohonan terhadap Allah Swt, 2) Penuturan dilakukan di awal pertunjukan setelah terjadi proses ijab antara penutur dengan pemilik hajat dengan cara monolog, 3) Proses penciptaan teks rajah terbangaan secara terstruktur dan pewarisannya dilakukan secara vertikal maupun horizontal, 4) Fungsi rajah terbangan sebagai alat pendidikan, alat pengesah kebudayaan, dan sebagai sistem proyeksi masyarakat pemilik rajah terbangan, 5) makna rajah terbangan adalah bentuk penghormatan dan permintaan ijin kepada kekuatan Allah Swt dan leluhur sebagai upaya manusia untuk keberhasilan acara pertunjukan.;--- The title of this research is " Harapan Manusia atas Kekuatan Allah Swt dan Gaib pada Rajah dalam Tradisi Terbangan di Kabupaten Bandung ". This research was done because society considers important narrative art rajah in the ceremony. This study took three variants of the text of Bandung regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis. The study aims to describe aspects of structure, narrative context, the process of creation, function, and meaning. Assessment of the three variants of the text Rajah Terbangan in Bandung give the following results: 1) Text Rajah Terbangan built by a certain structure resulting calm and rhythmic effect as a plea against Allah, 2) Telling done in the early show after a process of consent between the narrator owner's intent by way monologue, 3) The creation of structured texts Rajah Terbangaan and inheritance is placed vertically or horizontally, 4) Function Rajah Terbangan as an educational tool, the tool certifier culture, and society as a projection system owner Rajah Terbangan, 5) meaning of Rajah Terbangan is a form of respect and request permission to the power of Allah and ancestors as human efforts for the success of the performance program.
