Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji dan mengetahui permainan soccer like games berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan dan keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelititan ini tes angket kecemasan, tes keterampilan bermain, dan lembar observasi kecemasan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung kelas XII yang berjumlah 270 siswi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Uji-Normalitas menggunakan SPSS versi 17 dengan sub menu Explore juga statistik parametrik sample K-S. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai Uji-t p<0,05. Kesimpulannya soccer like games memberikan pengaruh dalam menurunkan kecemasan dan meningkatkan keterampilan bermain sepak bola.;---The purpose of this study are to asses and to know that soccer like games have an effect to anxiety and football skill. The method which been used in this study is experiment. The instrument in this study are anxiety questionnaire test, football skill test and the observe pages of anxiety. The population for this study are the 270 female student’s XII class at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. While the sample for this study are 30 people who had been picked by random sampling technic. The normality test using SPSS version 17 with sub-menu Explore and using parametric statistic sample K-S. The results show that the value of t-test, p < 0,05. The conclusion of this study is soccer like games give an effect in a decreasing the anxiety level and increasing the football skill.
