Abstract
Setiap operasi produksi di pertambangan batubara meliputi konstruksi, penambangan, pengolahan, pemurnian, termasuk pengangkutan sampai ke pelabuhan penyimpanan batubara atau stockpile dan lokasi galian pasca tambang. Kegiatan tersebut memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan. Dalam proses pengangkutan batubara, terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang menggunakan angkutan truk batubara, dan melintas di jalan umum (tidak menggunakan jalan khusus/hauling), dimana terdapat permukiman penduduk di jalan tersebut, dan secara langsung merasakan dampak tersebut. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya analisis tingkat kenyamanan masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik jalan di jalur angkutan truk batubara yang ada di Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih, mengidentifikasi kondisi sosial masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di jalur angkutan truk batubara yang ada di Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih, dan menganalisis tingkat kenyamanan berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di jalan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 75 KK (Kepala Keluarga) yang bermukim di Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih. Hasil penelitian yaitu untuk kondisi fisik Jalan Lintas Muara Enim - Prabumulih, tergolong sedang (fair), masih terdapat kerusakan jalan namun tidak terlalu parah. Untuk kondisi sosialnya, secara rata – rata dari segi pendidikan yaitu tamat SMA/Sederajat, dari segi mata pencaharian yaitu petani, dan status kependudukan yaitu penduduk asli. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa, masyarakat merasa tidak nyaman dengan dampak lingkungan fisik yang diakibatkan oleh aktivitas angkutan truk batubara (rata – rata skor yaitu 154,94). Apabila dilihat berdasarkan per indikator, maka terdapat lima indikator dimana responden merasa tidak nyaman yaitu dari segi pencemaran udara, keamanan, kebersihan, kerusakan jalan, dan kecelakaan lalulintas, dan terdapat empat indikator dimana responden merasa nyaman, yaitu dari segi pencemaran suara, pencemaran air, kelancaran lalulintas, dan kenyamanan lalulintas. ;---Every production of coal mining operations include construction, mining, processing, refining, from the transporting to coal storage port or stockpile and post-mining excavation site. The activity has impacts for environment. In the process of transporting the coal, there are some companies using coal trucks and crossing the public road (not using separate roads/hauling). There are settlements on the public roads passed by coal trucks, and directly feel the impact. Therefore, it’s important to analyze the society comfort level residing on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih. The purpose of this research is to identify physical conditions on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih, and social conditions of the people residing on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim - Prabumulih and analyze the comfort level based on the perception of people who live there. The research method used was descriptive with the sample of 75 households who live on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim - Prabumulih. The research result for the physical conditions on Jalan Muara Enim - Prabumulih, for physical condition on Jalan Muara Enim - Prabumulih, classified as medium (fair), but there is still has some road damage is not too severe. For social conditions, people residing on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim - Prabumulih average which graduated from high school education, livelihoods as farmers,and residence status is native residents. The research result which concluded that people residing on Jalan Lintas Muara Enim – Prabumulih feel uncomfortable with the physical environment impacts caused by coal trucks (average score was 154.94). When viewed on the indicator, there are five indicators that respondents feel uncomfortable with (in terms of air pollution, safety, cleanliness, road damage and traffic accidents) and there are four indicators that respondents feel comfortable with (in terms of noise pollution, water pollution, smoothness of traffic, and comfort of traffic).
