    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan gaya mengajar komando dan gaya mengajar guided discovery terhadap hasil belajar poomse dalam pembelajara taekwondo di SMP negeri 1 Lembang, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang siswa diambil dari seluruh populasi, sehingga dalam penilitian ini dikatakan memakai sampling jenuh. Sample dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan pembagian kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing karena siswa mempunyai keterampilan yang sama. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan poomse taegeuk 1. Dari hasil penelitian kedua gaya ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar poomse siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perolehan nilai rata-rata hasil tes kelompok gaya komando yaitu 55,6 dan kelompok gaya mengajar guided discovery nilai rata-rata post test yaitu 56,56. Kesimpulannya yaitu gaya mengajar guided discovery lebih lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran poomse di Smp Negeri 1 Lembang.;--- The aim of the present study is to discover the effect of the implementation of Commando and Guided Discovery teaching approaches on the result of Poomse learning in taekwondo lesson in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang; using experimental research design. The total sample in the study is 50 students, selected from the same number of population. In other words, this research utilizes saturated sampling technique. Since the students possess similar level of skill, ordinal pairing technique is implemented to group them into two groups. The instrument of the study is Poomse taegeuk 1 test to measure students’ skills. The findings show that both Commando and Guided Discovery approaches affect the result of students’ Poomse learning. It is found that the average Poomse test score for Commando approach is 55.6; while the average Poomse test score for Guided Discovery approach is 56.56. It is concluded that the Guided Discovery teaching approach provides greater influence than the Commando approach, on the improvement of students’ result of Poomse learning in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang.
