Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Trustco Inova Solution Bandung yang betujuan untuk memperolah gambaran mengenai penyelenggaraan pelatihan bina mental spiritual, penumbuhan ketahanan pribadi, dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat orang yang terdiri dari satu orang pengelola, satu orang trainer, dan dua orang alumni. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan hasil penelitian diperolah hasil sebagai berikut: 1) pelatihan dikelola melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi, 2) adanya penumbuhan ketahanan pribadi pada peserta yang ditandai dengan tumbuhnya aspek-aspek pembentuk ketahanan pribadi, yaitu jati diri, karakter, dan kompetensi, 3) adanya faktor pendukung yang meliputi lingkungan yang kondusif, tempat yang nyaman, materi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, sarana/fasilitas yang memadai, dan keterjangkauan biaya; sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelatihan bina mental spiritual, yaitu tidak adanya tindak lanjut secara berkesinambungan, tidak ada materi praktik, profil pribadi peserta yang tidak didapatkan di awal, jumlah peserta yang banyak sehingga tidak dapat menggunakan U Shape Style, dan tempat yang terlalu nyaman sehingga membuat peserta lalai. ;--- This study was conducted in PT. Trustco Inova Solution Bandung which aims to gain the overview regarding coaching implementation toward spiritual mental building, Personal Resilience emerging, and both supporting and resisting factors of the coaching. The methods of this study is descriptive method with qualitative approach and the data collection technique are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject to study consist of four member which are one manager, one trainer, and two alumni. According to data processing and the results of the research, there are three achievements as follows: 1) the coaching is conducted in three steps: planning, execution, and evaluation; 2) there is personal resilience emerging to the participants which is signalized with the growth of personal resilience building aspects namely self-genuineness, character, and competence; 3) there is supporting factors of the coaching which covers conducive environment, comfort place, effective materials, innovative learning methods, sufficient medium and facilities, and the financial affordances; meanwhile the resisting factors of the coaching are the unaccounted chronically follow up, the absence of practice material, the missing of participants’ self-profile archive in the beginning, the overcapacity of the participants thus the coaching cannot be in U-Shape style, and the last is the over-pleasant place which makes the participants inattentive.
