Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tercapainya standar kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung yang di tandai dengan penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) selama empat tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanasi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 28 guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang dikembangkan menggunakan model rating scale. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. ;---The issues examined in this study are not yet optimal that mark with teacher performance assessment (PKG) for four years in Vocational School Pasundan 3 Bandung. This research aims to to gain an idea of the effectiveness of the principal leadership behaviors and teacher performance in Vocational School Pasundan 3 Bandung to find out how important the influence of principal leadership behaviors against the teacher performance in Vocational School Pasundan 3 Bandung . Research methods used in this research is a survey of empirical research. This research respondents totaled 28 teachers in Vocational School Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data collection techniques using question form (questionnaire) which have developed using the rating scale model. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The results showed that principal leadership behaviors are quite effective on the category and teacher performance are at a low category. The results of the regression analysis showed that principal leadership behaviors are positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
