Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan dan menguji efektivitas proram bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik role playing untk meningkatkan self efficacy peserta didik Alasan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah karena secara empirik lebih dari setengah peserta didik memiliki self efficacy rendah sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengingkatkannya melalui layanan bimbingan. Desain yang digunakan adalah kuasi ekperimen nonequivalen control group design. Partispan penelitian pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol masing-masng adalah 35 orang. Untuk mengungkap data digunakan instrument self efficacy skala 0-100, kemudian diolah secara statistik dengan teknik ANACOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan skor total dan aspek peserta didik MAN. ;--- This study aimed to establish the guidance program with applied role playing technique to increase self efficacy at K-12 gtade Science. This research based on empirically study that more than 70% of students have low self efficacy which has required guidance and counseling services to increase. This researchused quasi ekperimental nonequivalen control group design. Study participantswere 35 students each in experimental and control group. Data was collected by self efficacy scale. and statistically processed through ANACOVA techniques. The results showed that the group guidance program with applied role playing technique to increase students self efficacy
