Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Siswa SMA pada Praktikum Larutan Penyangga”. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja berupa task (tugas) dan rubrik yang telah diuji coba dalam menilai kinerja siswa pada praktikum Larutan Penyangga yang disajikan dalam bentuk lembar observasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII MIA di salah satu SMA Swasta Kota Bandung dengan jumlah partisipan pada uji coba sebanyak 16 siswa dan 20 siswa pada uji aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi (development and validation) yang mengacu dan memodifikasi metode pengembangan dan validasi yang dilakukan oleh Adams dan Wieman (2010). Uji coba instrumen dilakukan untuk menentukan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Validitas isi dianalisis dengan menggunakan Content Validity Ratio (CVR) pada nilai kritis 0,736 diperoleh 12 kinerja memiliki nilai CVR sebesar 1,00 sehingga dinyatakan valid. Untuk mengetahui nilai reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan tiga kali uji coba yaitu pada empat, lima, dan tujuh siswa masih-masing dinilai oleh empat rater yang sama. Nilai Croncbach Alpha secara keseluruhan untuk uji coba empat, lima, dan tujuh siswa sebesar 0,96 ; 0,82 dan 0,74. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan reliabel. Jumlah siswa optimal yang dapat diamati dalam sekali penilaian adalah empat siswa. Instrumen hasil uji coba yang sudah valid dan reliabel digunakan untuk uji aplikasi untuk mengungkap kinerja siswa. Dari hasil uji aplikasi instrumen menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan 75% siswa memperoleh kategori nilai kinerja baik dan instrumen yang dikembangkan mampu mengungkap kinerja siswa.;---This study is entitled “The Instrument Development of High School Students’ Performance Assessment in the Buffer Solution Practicum”. This study aimed to develop the instruments of performance assessment in forms of task and rubric which have already been tested in assessing the students’ performance in the practicum of buffer solution which was served in forms of observation sheets. This study was implemented in the twelfth grade (MIA) students in one private high school in Bandung with 16 students as the participants in testing and 20 students as the participants in application testing. The methods used were development and validation methods which referred and modified the development and validation methods done by Adams and Wieman (2010). The instrument testing was done to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument. The validity content was analyzed by using Content Validity Ratio (CVR), at critical value 0.736, the 12 performances which had 1.00 CVR value were obtained so that it was valid. To know the reliability value of the instrument, the three tests have been done to four, five, and seven students, each of them is being assessed by the same four raters. The whole Croncbach Alpha values for the four, five, seven tests were 0.96; 0.82; 0.74. These values indicated that the instruments of performance assessment which had been developed are reliable. The optimal number of students that can be observed in one time assessment is four students. From the results of the instrument testing applications showed that 75% of students obtained good performances value category.
