Abstract
Judul penelitian ini adalah “Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pandangan masyarakat pengguna (orang Sunda) Mantra Kajayaan(MK) di kecamatan situraja Kabupatenn Sumedang terhadap kesejahteraan hidup. Penuturan mantra Jangjawokandigunakan dalam melakukan aktivitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang digunakan untuk bisa memberikan kesejahteraan hidup bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur, konteks penuturan, proses penciptaan, fungsi, dan makna MK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, metode tersebut merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengkaji MK dari tiga desa di kecamatan Situraja Kabupaten Sumedang dengan hasil, yang pertama yaitu teks MK dibentuk oleh struktur yang memiliki karakter tertentu dan memunculkan efek atau daya magis dengan suasana hikmat yang menegaskan maksud dan tujuan dari penggunaan MK terhadap kesejahteraan hidup. Kedua, penuturan MK dilakukan secara monolog, dan adapun interaksi secara dialog antara penutur dan audiens pada saat pra penuturan dan pasca penuturan. Ketiga, proses penciptaan dalam keadaan terstruktur dan diwariskan secara vertikal melalui lisan. Keempat, Mantra Jangjawokan memiliki fungsi bagi masyarakat pemiliknya yaitu sebagai sistem proyeksi masyarakat, protes sosial masyarakat, dan alat pendidikan anak. Kelima, makna yang terkandung dalam MK adalah sebagai permohonan akan kehidupan yang sejahtera lahir dan batin. Konsep kerukunan hidup antar sesama manusia dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan hidup, merupakan pandangan masyarakat Sunda terhadap apa yang sudah dikerjakannya yang terkandung dalam MK. ;--- The title of this research is "The research was motivated by the view of the user community (Sundanese) Mantra Kajayaan (MK) in the district of Sumedang Kabupatenn Situradja towards welfare. The narrative spell Jangjawokan used in activities in daily life that used to be provide welfare for its users. This study aimed to describe the structure, the narrative context, the process of creation, function, and meaning of the Constitutional Court. This research uses descriptive analysis method, the method is a method of qualitative research. This study examines the Court of three villages in the district of Sumedang Situradja with the results, the first in which the text of the Constitutional Court is formed by a structure that has a certain character and elicits effects or magical power with wisdom atmosphere that confirms the intent and purpose of use of the Constitutional Court on welfare. Second, the Court conducted a monologue narrative, and while the dialog interaction between the speakers and the audience during pre- and post-narrative narrative. Thirdly, the creation process in a structured situation and passed vertically through word of mouth. Fourth, Mantra Jangjawokan has a function for society as a projection system owners are community, social protest, and children's education tool.Fifth, the meaning contained in the Constitutional Court as the petition is to be a prosperous life and unseen. The concept of harmony between humans and the welfare of life, are those of the Sundanese people of what is already working on contained in the Conitutional count.
