Abstract

Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dan realisasi di lapangan, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan pada proyek tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan apabila suatu proyek mengalami keterlambatan salah satunya adalah melakukan percepatan. Pada Proyek X telah terjadi keterlambatan pada minggu kelima dimana terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang tidak terlaksana. Proyek X mempunyai durasi rencana 80 hari dengan biaya Rp. 5.722.909.391,75. Pada minggu kelima mengalami devisiasi sebesar 23,512 % dari rencana 25,88 %. Setalah dilakukan evaluasi dengan metode nilai hasil (Earned Value) Proyek X diprediksi akan selesai selama 527 hari dan biaya mencapai Rp 10.569.518.542,00 dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar 84,69 % dari nilai kontrak. Dengan hasil tersebut maka dilakukan percepatan pada durasi proyek dengan penjadwalan ulang pada pekerjaan tersisa. Penjadwalan ulang Proyek X didapat durasi selama 108 hari dan biaya Rp 5.735.409.455,00,00 dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar 0,22 % dari nilai kontrak. Pada penjadwalan ulang Proyek X dilakukan percepatan dengan kerja lembur selama tiga jam analisis dengan Least Cost didapat durasi optimum 106 hari dan biaya minimum Rp 5.570.966.419,00 dengan penurunan biaya 0,05 % dari nilai kontrak. Kemudian dicari biaya proyek agar umur proyek kembali pada rencana selama 80 hari dengan regresi polynomial didapatkan biaya Rp.8.392.365.273,00 dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar 46,65 % dari nilai kontrak;---Implementation of construction projects often there is a discrepancy between the plan and the realization in the field, thus causing a delay in the project. Efforts are made when a project has been delayed one of them is accelerating. Project X has been any delay in the fifth week in which there are some activities that are not implemented. Project X has a duration of 80 days plan with a cost of Rp. 5,722,909,391.75. In the fifth week experienced a deviation of 23.512% of the plan 25.88%. After evaluation by the earned value method Project X is predicted to be completed during the 527 days and a cost of Rp 10,569,518,542.00 with cost increases of 84.69% of the contract value. With these results it is to be accelerated on the duration of the project with the rescheduling of the remaining work. Rescheduling of Project X gained a duration of 108 days and costs Rp 5.735.409.455,00,00 with cost increases of 0.22% of the contract value. At the rescheduling of Project X to be accelerated by working overtime during the three-hour analysis with Least Cost obtained optimum duration of 106 days and the minimum cost Rp 5,570,966,419.00 with a decrease in cost of 0.05% of the contract value. Then look for the cost of the project for the duration of the project back on the plan for 80 days with a polynomial regression obtained Rp.8.392.365.273,00 costs with cost increases amounting to 46.65% of the contract value
