Abstract
Perilaku prososial mendukung kemampuan perkembangan sosial anak dan mencegah anak untuk berperilaku antisosial. Penelitian bertujuan menguji efektivitas layanan dasar bimbingan untuk mengembangkan perilaku prososial peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi dan non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV B SD IT Ibnu Khaldun Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 25 orang dengan jenis sampling convenient sample. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner respon perilaku prososial. Hasil uji statistik efektivitas layanan dasar bimbingan untuk mengembangkan perilaku prososial peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar, menunjukkan layanan dasar bimbingan belum efektif untuk mengembangkan perilaku prososial peserta didik. Namun demikian, secara practical significant layanan dasar bimbingan mampu melahirkan perubahan perilaku prososial peserta didik dilihat dari lebih banyaknya peserta didik yang mengalami kenaikan skor dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol dan dapat dilihat dari perubahan secara kualitatif melalui hasil observasi, wawancara dan self checklist. Perubahan kualitatif yang paling dominan tampak pada aspek perilaku bekerjasama, berbagi atau memberi seperti berbagi informasi, waktu dan materi dan membantu seperti menyelamatkan dan menghibur teman. Rekomendasi ditujukan agar guru dapat merancang serta mengimplementasikan sebuah kurikulum bimbingan yang terintegrasi dengan proses pembelajaran (pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan) untuk dapat mempromosikan dan meningkatkan aspek-aspek esensial dari perilaku prososial ---; The importance of prosocial behavior that supports the ability social development of children and preventing child’s antisocial behavior. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of guidance curriculum to develop prosocial behavior of learners. The study uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental methods and non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The study participant is the fourth grade students of elementary school IT Ibnu Khaldun Lembang Academic Year 2015/2016 and that the research sample an experimental group of 25 students with a convenient sampling sample types. The instrument used was a questionnaire of prosocial behavior. The result of study that guidance curriculum is not effective to develop prosocial behavior of learners. However, in practical significant guidance curriculum spawned changes in prosocial behavior of students seen from the average behavior of students score pre-test and post-test experimental group were more increased scores compared with the control group which can be seen from a qualitative change through observation, interviews and self-checklist. The most dominant qualitative change appears on the behavioral aspects work together, sharing or giving such information sharing, time and materials and help as rescue and entertaining friends. Recommendations intended to allow teachers can design and implement a guidance curriculum that is integrated with the learning process (learning nuanced guidance) to promote and enhance the essential aspects of prosocial behavior.
