    Abstract

    Konsep yang kompleks dan abstrak dalam ilmu kimia menjadikan siswa mudah mengalami miskonsepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes diagnostik pilihan ganda dua tingkat yang dapat mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi termokimia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Reasearch and Development. Pengembangan tes dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap pengembangan butir soal, tahap validasi, dan tahap aplikasi produk. Tes yang dikembangkan memiliki dua tingkat pilihan, tingkat pertama terdiri dari empat pilihan jawaban dan tingkat kedua terdiri dari empat pilihan alasan. Berdasarkan validitas isi menggunakan CVR (Content Validity Ratio), 12 soal tes pilihan ganda dua tingkat dinyatakan valid dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,80 yang ditentukan melalui perhitungan KR20. Sebanyak 12 butir soal di aplikasikan kepada 30 siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Lembang yang telah mempelajari materi termokimia. Berdasarkan aplikasi, temuan miskonsepsi yang teridentifikasi pada setiap label konsep pada materi termokimia dengan persentase miskonsepsi pada eksoterm (79,9%), endoterm (76,6%), persamaan termokimia (66,7%0, membaca diagram tingkat energi berdasarkan harga perubahan entalpi (50%), perubahan entalpi berdasarkan Hukum Hess (76,6%), perubahan entalpi berdasarkan pembentukan standar (93,37%), perubahan entalpi berdasarkan energi ikat (46,7%). Miskonsepsi yang ditemukan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru untuk melakukan tindakan remediasi terhadap miskonsepsi yang dialami siswa.---;

    Complex and abstract concepts in chemistry resulted that student easier to misconception. The aim of this study was to develop the two-tier diagnostic test for identifying student misconceptions on thermocemistry concept. The methods used in this study are research and development. The test development was obtained through three phases, development of any items, validation, and application test. The test was developed which consists of two-tiers, the first tier consists four possible answers and the second tier consists four possible reasons which refer to the first tier. Based on the results of content validity using the CVR (Content Validity Ratio) and reliability test using KR20,,as much as 12 items are declared valid and reliability’s value of 0,809 are obtained, which means that the items are included in the very high level category. A total of 12 items were conducted to 30 students of senior high school students who have studied the thermochemistry concept in one of high schools in Lembang. Based on the application test’s result, students’ misconceptions were finded on each concept label in the thermochemistry concept’s material with the percentage of misconceptions on concept label of eksoterm as much as (79,9%), Endoterm (76,6%), thermocemical equation (66,7%), read the graphical of energy based on entalphy’s changes value (50%), entalphy’s change value based on standard molar enthalpies of formation (93,37%), entalphy’s change value based on on bond energies (46,7%).
