Abstract

Bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang besaran Pengaruh Mutu Manajemen Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Diklat di Balai Diklat VI Kementerian PU PR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta diklat yang mengikuti diklat pada periode Oktober-Desember 2015 yaitu 7 jenis diklat sebanyak 170 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan WMS, gambaran umum variabel X dan Y berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,07 dan 3,20. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sangat tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,447X + 9,844 dengan koefisien regresi (rxy) sebesar 0,868, koefisien determinasi (r2xy) sebesar 0,753 dan diperoleh thitung 13,626 lebih besar dari 2,000 (dengan dk= n-2). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (r2xy) 0,753 artinya 75,3% kepuasan peserta diklat dipengaruhi oleh mutu manajemen penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan sementara sisanya 24,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.;--- Aiming to get a picture of scale Effect of Quality Management Implementation of Education and Training at the Training Participant Satisfaction Training Centre of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing VI. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study is that training participant follow the training in October-December 2015 are 7 types of training as many as 170 people with a total sample of 63 participants. Based on calculations WMS, an overview of the variables X and Y are in both categories with an average score of 3.07 and 3.20. In addition there is a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants and influence are at very high category indicated by the regression equation Y = 0,447X + 9.844 with a regression coefficient (r xy) 0.868, coefficient of determination (r2xy) amounted to 0,753 and obtained t 13.626 greater than 2,000 (with dk= n-2). Based on the coefficient of determination (r2xy) 0,753 or 75.3% satisfaction means training participants affected by quality management education and training activities while the remaining 24.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
