Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan reaksi dengan hasill serangan langsung pada olahraga anggar. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 15 sampel atlet UKM Anggar UPI dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic dengan bantuan spss ver.21 menunjukkan data bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak terdapat hubungan dengan hasil serangan sedangkan kemampuan reaksi memiliki hubungan yang sangat tinggi. Terbukti dari hasil analisis data dengan nilai signifikan 0.446 > 0.05, Ho diterima maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil serangan dan untuk nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, Ho ditolak maka data dapat ditarik kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan reaksi dengan hasil serangan. Kontribusi kemampuan reaksi terhadap hasil serangan 76 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.;---The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship of emotional intelligence and response capabilities with the result of direct hit on fencing. This study use 15 samples of UPIs’ Fencing athlete by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the statistic test results with the help of SPSS ver.21 the data shows that there is no correlation between emotional intelligence and the results of the attacks, while the response capabilities has a very high correlation. Evident from the results of data analysis with significant value 0.446> 0.05, Ho is accepted, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence with the results of the attack and for the significant value 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected, then the data can be concluded there is a relationship between the response capabilities with the results of the attack. The contributions of response capabilities to the results of the attacks 76% while the rest of 24% influenced by other factors.
