Abstract

Penentuan status gizi merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan balita. Balita membutuhkan energi yang berfungsi sebagai zat tenaga untuk metabolisme dan pertumbuhan. Secara teori sudah ada cara untuk menentukan status gizi dan kebutuhan kalori harian, namun penentuan tersebut menggunakan himpunan tegas (crisp). Hal ini sangat kaku, karena dengan adanya perubahan yang kecil saja terhadap suatu nilai mengakibatkan perbedaan kategori. Himpunan fuzzy digunakan untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, karena dapat memberikan toleransi terhadap suatu nilai sehingga dengan adanya perubahan sedikit pada nilai tidak akan memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan. Fuzzy Inference System merupakan sebuah kerangka kerja perhitungan berdasarkan konsep teori himpunan fuzzy dan pemikiran fuzzy yang digunakan dalam penarikan kesimpulan atau keputusan. Salah satu metodenya adalah Metode Fuzzy Mamdani. Prosedur dalam metode ini adalah pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, aplikasi fungsi implikasi, komposisi aturan, dan defuzzifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan menggunakan program aplikasi yang telah dibangun dengan software Matlab R2013a dalam menentukan status gizi balita di Desa Margahayu Selatan, Kabupaten Bandung dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan dilakukan penaksiran total populasi, maka diperoleh 271 balita dengan status gizi baik (indeks antropometri BB/U) dan status gizi normal (Indeks Massa Tubuh), 60 balita dengan status gizi lebih (indeks antropometri BB/U) dan status gizi gemuk (Indeks Massa Tubuh), dan 112 balita dengan status gizi kurang (indeks antropometri BB/U) dan status gizi kurus (Indeks Massa Tubuh). Kata Kunci: Status Gizi Balita, Kebutuhan Kalori Harian Balita, Logika Fuzzy, Fuzzy Inference System, Metode Fuzzy Mamdani. Determination of nutritional status is an effort made to improve the health of infants. Children need energy to function as an energy for metabolism and growth. In theory there is a way to determine the nutritional status and daily calorie needs, but the determination of the use of the set firmly (crisp). It is very stiff, because with only minor changes to a value resulting in the different categories. Set of fuzzy is used to anticipate, because it can provide tolerance to a value so that with slight changes in the value will not be a significant difference. Fuzzy Inference System is a framework for the calculation is based on the concept ofset theory fuzzy and thinking fuzzy used in drawing conclusions or decision. As well as to problems in determining the nutritional status and daily calorie needs in infants. One of method is Method Fuzzy Mamdani. The procedure in this method is namely the establishment ofset, fuzzy the implications of the application functions, composition rules, and defuzzification. Based on the results of processing using a program application that has been built with sofware Matlab R2013a in determining the nutritional status of infants at Margahayu Village South, Bandung regency by using the Method Fuzzy Mamdani, and after the assessment of the total population, it is obtained 271 children with good nutritional status (anthropometric indices W/A) and normal nutritional status (the Body Mass Index), 60 children with nutritional status (anthropometric indices W/A) and the nutritional status of obese (the Body Mass Index), and 112 children with malnutrition status (anthropometric indices W/A) and the nutritional status of underweight (Body Mass Index).
