Abstract
Daya pembeda butir soal yaitu; 7 butir soal memiliki daya pembeda sangat buruk, 4 butir soal memilki daya pembeda buruk, 4 butir soal memilki daya pembeda agak baik, 8 butir soal memiliki daya pembeda baik, dan 7 butir soal memiliki daya pembeda sangat baik. Tingkat kesukaran butir soal yaitu; 4 butir soal kategori sangat mudah, 5 butir soal kategori mudah, 15 butir soal kategori sedang, 4 butir soal kategori sukar dan 2 butir soal kategori sangat sukar.;--- The goal of this research is to determine quality of development result test instrument for measuring reasoning ability in the matter physics of 10th grade second semester high school physics seen from the validity, reliability, distinguishing features, and level of difficulty. The research method used is research and development (R & D) with 3D model development approach (define, design, and develop). This research was conducted at several high schools in Bandung. Research instruments were used that reasoning multiple choice test with five options. The subjects are 93 11th grade science students. The results of this research is calculated by ANATES V4 software, the validity of the test is 0.58 (enough) and the reliability is 0.73 (high). Item analysis results obtained validity of the items are; 11 items have significant correlation and 19 items have non-significant correlation.. Discrimination power of items are; 7 items are very poor, 4 items are poor, 4 items are passable, 8 items are good, and 7 items are very good. The items' difficulty level are; 4 items are very easy, 5 items are easy, 15 items are average, 4 items are difficult, and 2 items are very difficult category.
