Abstract

Menyontek merupakan segala tindakan tidak jujur, ilegal dan curang untuk mendapatkan jawaban dengan cara memanfaatkan informasi dari luar pada saat ujian atau tes. Perilaku menyontek dapat berkurang apabila peserta didik memiliki kesiapana menghadapi ujian dan memiliki sikap dan kebiasaan belajar positif. Penelitian bertujuan memperoleh data empirik tentang gambaran perilaku menyontek serta layanan bimbingan belajar untuk mengurangi perilaku menyontek di SMK Negeri 1 Soreang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian, yaitu 211 orang peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Soreang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) secara umum perilaku menyontek peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang dan (2) layanan bimbingan belajar untuk mengurangi perilaku menyontek peserta didik berfokus dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek yang berada pada kategori rendah sampai tinggi. Rekomendasi penelitian ditunjukkan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling atau konselor di sekolah dan penelitian selanjutnya. ; Cheating is any dishonest act, illegal and cheating to get an answer to how to use information from the outside at the time of the exam or test. Cheating behavior can be reduced if the students have the readiness to face the exam and have the attitude and positive learning habits. The research aims to obtain empirical data on the general picture of cheating behavior, as well as obtain learning services appropriate to reduce cheating behavior in SMK Negeri 1 Soreang. The research sample were 211 tenth grade students of SMKN 1 Soreang. This study uses the quantitative approach and the method used is descriptive method. The results showed: (1) the general behavior of cheating students in middle category; (2) learning guidance services to reduce cheating behavior of learners focus in reducing cheating behavior that is in the category of low to high. Recommendations research indicated for guidance and counseling teacher or counselor at the school and further research.
