Abstract

Kinerjamengajar guru merupakanperwujudandarikemampuan guru untukmencapaihasilsecara optimal dalammelaksanakantugasrutinnya yang berdasarkanpadakecakapandankemampuannyadalamrangkapembinaanpesertadidikuntukmencapaitujuanpembelajaran. Kinerjamengajar guru sekolahdasar di Kota Solokbelummenunjukkanhasil yang optimal, karenawalaupunangkakelulusansudahmencapai 100% namunkotaSolokberada di posisike 11 dari 19 kabupaten/kota di Sumatera Barat. Penelitianinidilakukanuntukmengetahuigambaranpengaruhkepemimpinaninstruksionalkepalasekolahdankomitmen guru terhadapakinerjamengajar guru sekolahdasar di Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakanadalahanalisisdeskriptifdenganpendekatankuantitatifdenganpopulasi 44 orang kepalasekolahdansampel guru diambildenganmenggunakanrumus Taro Yamane sebanyak 84 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner (angket) kategori Likert. Diolahmenggunakanujikorelasidanregresibaik yang sederhanamaupunbergandadenganbantuan software SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkananalisis data, ditemukanbahwakepemimpinaninstruksionalkepalasekolahdankomitmen guru baiksecaraparsialmaupunsimultanmemberikanpengaruh yang positifdansignifikanterhadapkinerjamengajar guru di Kota Solok. Saran yang dapatdirekomendasikanyaitu agar guru dankepalasekolahmelakukanperbaikandanpeningkatankinerjamengajar guru terutamadalampemberianganjaranataurewardkepadapesertadidik, memperhatikan jam pembelajaran di sekolah, kehadirankepalasekolah di sekolahsertamemperhatikankomitmen guru dalamhalpeningkatanloyalitasguru kepadasekolah;--- Performance is the manifestation ability of teachers’ teaching performance to achieve optimal results in carrying out its regular tasks based on skills and abilities in order to develop learners to achieve learning objectives. Teachers’ teaching Performance of elementary school the city of Solok yet to show the optimal results, because although the graduation rate has reached 100% but Solok is in position 11 of the 19 districs/cities on West Sumatera. This study was conducted to describe the influence of instructional leadership of school principals and teachers’ commitment to teachers’ teaching performance of primary school inSolok. The method used is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach with a population of 44 principals and teachers of samples taken using Taro Yamane formula as many as 84 people.The data was taken by using Likert category questionnaire. Data processed using correlation and regression test whether simple or multiple SPSS version 21. Based on data analysis, it was found that the principals instructional leadership and teachers’ commitment either partially or simultaneously provide a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ teaching performance in Solok.Suggestions that can be recommended is that teachers and principals make improvements and increase teachers’ teaching performance especially in the provision of punishments or reward to the students, pay attention to learning hours at school, attendance at school principals and teachers' attention to the commitment in terms of increasing teachers’ loyalty to the school.
