Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Belajar Bersama oleh Kapala Sekolah terhadap Kapasitas Manajemen Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karna adanya fenomena mengenai ketidakpuasan orangtua siswa pada pelayanan sekolah, serta tidak terpenuhinya Standar Pelayanan Minimal pada Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung yang merupakan indikasi bahwa kapasitas manajemen sekolah rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang hasilnya digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan jawaban atas fenomena yang muncul terutama mengenai pengaruh Belajar Bersama oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap kapasitas manajemen sekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive samplingsehingga diperoleh 99 responden.Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Scored) menunjukkan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Belajar Bersama oleh Kepala Sekolah) yaitu sebesar 4,41 dan variabel Y (kapasitas manajemen sekolah) yaitu sebesar 4,27 dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Korelasi antara Belajar Bersama oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap kapasitas manajemen sekolah adalah sebesar 0,552 berada pada kategori “cukup kuat”. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y dengan hasil uji determinasi yaitu variabel X memberikan pengaruh sebesar 30,5% terhadap variabel Y sedangkan sisanya 69,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Belajar Bersama oleh Kepala Sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapasitas manajemen sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandung. ;---This mini-thesis entitled "The Influence of Collective Learning by the Head Master Towards The Capacity of Public Elementary School Management in Bandung". This research is conducted based on the fact of many parents who do not feel satisfied with the service in their children's school, and the minimum standard of school service in Bandung that has not been fulfilled, indicates that the level of capacity of school management is still low. The method used by descriptive with quantitative approach,which the result is used to get the description and answerthe phenomenon regarding the influence of collective learning by the Head Master towards the capacity of school management.The sampel of this reasecrh was taken with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling which resulted in 99 percent of correspondences. Based on the data that is processed, the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Scored) shows that the average of general tendency for the variable X (Collective Learning by the Head Master) is 4,41 and the tendency for variable Y (The capacity of school management) is in the level 4,27 which is categorized very good. The result of normality test shows that variable X and variable Y distribute normally. The correlation between Collective Learning by the Head Master towards the capacity if school management is 0,552 that is considered"strong enough". The result of significance test shows that variable X positively and significantly influences variable Y with the result of determination test that shows that variable X gives 30,5% to the variable Y while the rest 69,5% is influenced by other factors. Based on the result, it can be concluded that Collective Learning by the Head Master gives positive and significant influence towards the capacity of public elementary school management in Bandung.
