Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Al-Hilal yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan, penerapan metode FAST dan mengenai jiwa kepemimpinan lulusan pelatihan kepemimpinan di Hilal Leadership Community. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang yang terdiri dari satu orang penyelenggara, dua orang instruktur dan dua orang alumni pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: 1. Penyelenggaraan pelatihan menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tujuannya agar penyelenggaraan program bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan tujuan program yang dibuat. Pelatihan ini sudah menyelenggarakan program sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan tersebut. 2. Penerapan metode FAST menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelakasanaan dan perencanaan. Tujuannya agar metode yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan bisa dipahami oleh instruktur dan pesertanya. Penerapan metode FAST ini berhasil diterapkan dengan menggunakan tahapan-tahapan tersebut. 3. Hasil mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan ini, peserta lulusan pelatihan sudah memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan. Jiwa kepemimpinan pemuda di Hilal Leadership Training bisa dilihat dari enterpreneur, corporative dan developer. ; This research was conducted at Al-Hilal Foundationwhich objectives of this research are to gain the reflection of leadership training with FAST method, to implement FAST method, and to discover leadership skills of Hilal community leadership graduates.The research methods are descriptive method with qualitative approaches and collecting data techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. There are five research subjects consist of one organizer, two instructors, and two alumni of training programs. Based on the data processing and result discussion: 1. The implementation of the training programs required to pass through several stages such as planning, implementation, and evaluation. The goals are to process the implementation of program run smoothly and in accordance with the objectives of the programs. 2. Implementation of FAST method uses several stages: planning, exercising, and planning. The goal is to build understanding of the method among instructors and participants. FAST method was successfully applied by using these stages. 3. The result of this training is participant graduates their own leadership skill.Leadership skill of Hilal Leadership Training youth described through entrepreneur skill, cooperative, and developer skills.
